Together We Rise Annual Gala 2019
We were delighted to welcome friends and supporters at The Pierre on October 24 as we celebrated our life-affirming work helping New York City children, adults, and families overcome adversity to thrive! We honored two longtime supporters of Rising Ground's mission as we introduced guests to some of the more than 25,000 New Yorkers we help overcome adversity each year.

The evening was a true celebration of our work, as we heard from Kimberly, a graduate of our Biondi High School; Samantha, a resident in our Transitional Independent Living program; Tashein from our programs for adults with intellectual / developmental disabilities; and Anthony from our Residential Treatment Center about how Rising Ground has positively impacted their lives. We also kicked off the evening with a special performance from the choir of our Passage of Hope program for unaccompanied migrant youth.
The money raised goes to support all our life-changing programs. With more than 55 programs across New York City, we provide support, skills, and resources to youth facing mental health and other challenges, families in crisis, parents with limited resources, people living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, survivors of intimate partner violence, and many more.
