Our powerful Employee Recognition Evening on May 20 saw 130 employees and supporters gather at the Alhambra Ballroom in Harlem for an evening dedicated to honoring commitment, excellence, and the people who make Rising Ground all that we are. The evening celebrated employees marking length of service milestones from 5 years to 40 years. It culminated in the presentation of 17 Employee Excellence Awards including Manager of the Year and Employee of the Year.
These are the people behind every family supported, every young person housed, every life changed across New York City!
